All this clinic seems to care about is taking a 250 DKK “consultation fee” from someone on group 2. The team should be ashamed at how patients are treated. Or maybe it’s just international group 2 patients.

My 17-year-old daughter had an appointment to have an inflamed wound looked at. When she arrives at the clinic, it turns out that she had booked an appointment for the following week. The nurse who sat at the counter said she couldn't get an appointment sooner. She was allegedly arrogant and talked down to my daughter. We get a doctor from another place to take a look and she is prescribed medicine for the wound. The doctor is shocked that my daughter was just turned away by the nurse and wasn't offered an emergency appointment, as there was no way it could wait a week to have it looked at. Perhaps instead, you should be helpful, especially towards young people who are not used to the system. In addition, it surprises me that they put incompetent people to such a job. It was not the first time that she was met in an arrogant and reprimanding manner by the nurses. Maybe they should take a course in treating other people properly. Or perhaps others who are competent should be employed. I am considering finding another place for both my daughter above. The reason I haven't done it yet is that when you come in to see the doctor, they are nice and nice, and take their time with you.
