Sad that you choose to dismiss the best of your staff, from whom you always get commitment and help in the store, a fantastic personality in this person. That you owners are not more afraid of your staff and have that insight is shameful. Hope we will see you in a similar business soon, I will make my purchases there directly and you admit that. A store FULL of wants!!! Regardless of when I want to find something special for myself or for someone I care about, 261Design is my first choice. All the times I have visited the store, I have received impeccable and unadorned service. Even the times when I came in and had no idea what I wanted, but just needed to buy a gift for a set amount. It is clear that the owners are passionate and focus on providing a good experience.
