deserves no star. I have received an SMS saying that I can pick up a package from vibeholm gold and silver in Grasted. I haven't bought anything, but I think there is still a package missing. I turn to the Hillerød department and tell them about the situation, but the person is not at all in the mood to get a package number or something. You have to tell me that I can't do that and help by tracking the package number, where and who bought this package. think that you don't want to help a customer.

Really bad service. Handing in my watch on 3.6.21 had to have a new battery and be pressure tested. Normally it takes 2 hours with a watchmaker. A week will pass. Today d.2.7.21 it is still not finished and I have had to contact the store myself. And yet have been contacted once in that month. Poor excuse, what could I get, can't recommend this store in any way

Really good service in the store. I was here during the corona shutdown, where there is an entrance from a side door at the back of the centre. Friendly and extremely helpful staff, a pleasure to be in the store. Can definitely be recommended.

Cool place to buy reasonably cheap watches that still look very nice. The employees also have a handle on corona safety in the store, which was a wonderful surprise.

Really nice selection of jewelery in good quality. The service and staff were far above standard. They were fantastically professional, personable, skilled and helpful.
