Obviously takes pride in coming completely unprepared. So of course he had to drive out and buy standard gizmos, despite the fact that the task was extremely simple and clearly specified in advance. It therefore took him two (2) hours to connect a sink and a faucet... for the net price of NOK 2,750 But otherwise friendly and accommodating service.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Værløse VVS through a contract with the KASA group, a company I have normally had a good collaboration with. Although I work with construction projects on a daily basis and am used to dealing with challenges with craftsmen, I have never experienced a company that behaved so dishonestly and fraudulently, and whose craftsmanship standards were so low, especially for a company that markets itself on Danish craftsmanship and good service. There were several challenges with their behavior, including confused and busy employees who often did not know what to do. Their manager was rarely available so it ended up being up to me to direct them. Furthermore, their clean-up and cleaning standards were under all criticism. It seemed like their standard procedure was to empty the system directly onto the floor and there was even one episode where they decided to empty it into my vacuum cleaner! They were also prone to lying without hesitation, and their standard response to defects was always, "It's not part of the offer," no matter how clear and distinct the offer was. This resulted in several problems, including missing built-in pipes, failure to replace cold water pipes, failure to install a sink, defective underfloor heating, incorrect ordering of a toilet button and much more. In addition, they could not meet deadlines, further delaying the project. Finally, I would like to mention that valuables disappeared during their visit, although I cannot prove anything concrete. I later heard that they had to lay off one or more employees due to theft, which only adds to my suspicions. My recommendation to others who are unfortunate enough to have an agreement with Værløse VVS that they cannot get out of is to keep them under close supervision and remove any valuables from the area. The task was carried out in a private home and cost approx. DKK 200,000 including VAT.
