On the 23th December the guy with the beard in the workshop helped me fantastic with a ruptured tire. While traveling in Denmark and nearly no shop open. The store guys fixed a new tire from an other TH shop nearby. Great help guys!!

No commitment towards customer(post sales) . Im facing lots of problems because of their bad service. I bought an el. Cycle which apparently couldn't give enough distance as mentioned and i went to them and i was shocked with their service. They don't have any information how the process will be and how long it will take, so i have to wait blindly until it's fixed with no cycle to ride which is my daily means of transportation to work and normal. After 1 week I delivered my bike to them i called them today and they said that at least 2 weeks more, this shop also had no option for leasing service. Hope to get it fixed soon. 🤞🏻

BEWARE OF THANSEN SERVICES IN SØBORG! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Let me share my story. It has all started Monday, 24 June, when I have delivered my VGA Explora scooter for the regular maintenance to the local Thansen shop, located at Gladsaxevej 367, 2860 Søborg. After maintenance, which cost me 1199 kr., my scooter did not start (and it was working perfectly before). As the shop closed in time just after I have received my scooter I came the next day. I told them that after their service I could not start the scooter, so they had tried to start it themselves and after few unsuccessful attempts they gave up and took it back to the service. They’ve told me that they won’t be able to repair it until next Monday and gave me a replacement scooter. From the first day I had troubles with it, as the ignition lock was getting stuck and sometimes it was hard to turn the key. It wasn’t too bad, after few attempts the key would eventually turn and the scooter would start. But after 2 days, while I was in a city, the ignition lock broke down completely, so I could not unlock it, nor start the scooter. As the time was after 7PM and Thansen shop was already closed I had to leave the scooter on a parking lot in a city center (I could not drag it locked for 10 KM back to my home) and went to Thansen the following day. I have told them about the whole situation and asked them about the possible solution. I’ve asked them to pick it up and provided the address there I had left it. They said they don’t care and that I have to bring the scooter back to them, and in case it gets stolen I will have to pay 5000 for it, as replacement scooters are not insured (Oh, wow!). So, I told him (I believe he was a shop manager, though I am not 100% sure) to give back my scooter, in the same condition I have given it to them (i.e. working) so I wouldn’t need their faulty scooter in the first place, especially without KASKO. They told me it was not possible to return it, as my scooter is still not fixed and it has been taken to another place. As I have to travel a lot for my work I need scooter every single day and due to this situation I have lost quite a lot of money and time. I have asked him for a compensation or at least for a full refund of 1199 kr. which he refused to issue. So, I have called customer support at 31 31 31 31 asking for a compensation or refund, but have received the same answer. I did my best not to escalate the matter and to reach an agreement with them, unfortunately they did not want to lift a finger and solve the problem they have created. So, every patience has its own limits and mine broke yesterday. Let my story serve as a warning to all of you maintaining your cars/ scooters at Thansen in Søborg. I BELIEVE IN JUSTICE AND THAT SUCH THINGS SHOULD NOT GO UNNOTICED.
