Bought an air mattress for the car and they won't take it back as the box is broken and say it can't be sold again. The reason it has to be returned is that it does not hold air. Gets a message that it might need to be pumped up a little more often. It holds air for an hour 😱😡 Then have to go again.

3rd time I buy a radio from thansen frederiksværk and it will also be the last time! Pep talked us into buying their own radio which was just plug and play, but like the last 2 other times they misguide us.. The radio cannot be connected to the speakers in the back of the car, so it is not a plug and play radio as promised Also, when we ask for converter cables, we are referred to a hifi shop in Hillerød in bad style Last time I shop in this place

Shame you can't give 0 stars. Needed a batter, they didn't have it at home, but was told I could pick it up the next day. I asked if I should pay immediately and the answer was No, I could do that on collection. When I came to pick it up after work, I got the message that it had been sold to another customer, as I had not paid when ordering. Bad service, bad publicity, and one less customer.
