I bought a Hyundai I10 on 12 January 2023 at Taastrup Bilsalg - tbbilsalg.dk. My old one was included in the trade. I first doubted whether I could trust them, already immediately after signing the closing slip, because they first promised that the car could be ready by Monday, then it was called Saturday and then suddenly it could be ready in 5 hours the same day, I bought it with both service, inspection, registration and everything. It was called ready already after 2 1/2 hours!! At no time had I expressed that it was urgent to get the car, since I already had a car to drive. It would later turn out that it had gone too fast after all, and that the strange noises and bumps etc. I experienced, which I had believed for a month were due to the fact that I had switched from a 4-cylinder to a 3-cylinder engine , was due to the fact that the workshop had forgotten to put the air filter on!!! It was put on by my mechanic friend who had "diagnosed" after a drive in the car. They also don't care that much about keeping promises. So Mohammad promised me both a MobilePay transfer, sending an invoice and canceling the old car's insurance - I'll transfer in a little while / I'll send/cancel it today, it said - but only after several days of reminders, did I manage to get what was promised, and the old car's insurance was canceled only 8 days after the sale - my last reminder is by text message 7 days after the sale! According to Mohammad's comment further down, they have 3 days to do this! That sort of thing is frivolous in my world, especially when there isn't even a notice that it can't be reached anyway. My conclusion will invariably be that if you can't count on/trust what is promised, what can you not trust either?! I have not doubted for a moment that both Malik and Mohammad have thought that I have been an annoying customer, because I have asked and questioned whether it could be true, for example, that there should be moisture in one lamp housing, or that the window roll-down should dent a car for DKK 75,000. I have felt extremely unkindly treated by Malik in particular, but have also been reprimanded on the phone in a very disrespectful way by Mohammad because, before walking the 3 km out there, I allowed myself to ask if they had remembered the things they had to look at besides painting. In my world, showing a customer your irritation when the customer otherwise behaves politely and nicely is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, because regardless of what you may think of a customer, you just THINK your way if you want happy and satisfied customers . It must be said that I subsequently saw my old car put up for sale on bilbasen.dk with an incorrect mileage (lower than it really was), equipment that is not in the car, etc. This I confronted Mohammad who claimed I must be looking at the wrong car but I had a screen dump of it which I sent him so it couldn't be explained away! My experience with Taastrup Bilsalg is therefore not positive, and I do not trust their integrity as a company.

Very friendly service by Malik, with whom I negotiated the price of our car. On the handover day, when papers had to be filled in, money transferred and the car handed over, it was a Mohammad who was in charge of the sale. Mohammad lacked all that Malik had; he was tired and sat and hung excessively in the chair, yawned loudly, answered one call after another on top of the deal, while my girlfriend had called to listen, Mohammad suddenly called one on his own phone and left my girlfriend on it other end hang, without regret. He also insensitively joked that if I had negotiated the price with him I could have gotten a higher price for the car, but said it was too late now. All in all a miserable and arrogant attitude. In addition, the place did not re-register the car within the deadline, so we had to forcibly deregister it ourselves. I can only recommend trading through Malik and otherwise no trading with this place.

Bought a VW Polo in Taastrup Bilsalg, which turned out to have engine problems. It was quite an expensive repair, but it has been fixed, under warranty, with no fuss at all, except that it took a month. Had a loaner car during the period. People who know that honesty lasts the longest and can be trusted. Recommendable.
