I can, sometimes, be a little bit of a sushi snob, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sushi here, it was fresh, tasted good and had an attention to detail that is often lacking in takeaway sushi places. A giveaway is how well the various rolls are measured with regard to the stuffing and wrapping, it's very common for rolls having places where two layers of seaweed/rice overlaps (so it goes seaweed, rice, seaweed, rice before you get to the stuffing), but I found very little of that here, which, in my mind, shows a higher than normal level of craftsmanship.
