I purchased my apartment with, that time, Jutlender Bank, during the coronavirus pandemic. Due to various reasons, I needed to sell it shortly after - this time with Sparkassen Danmark. The transition after the bank merge was smooth. My bank advisor, Kasper Serup, was kept as my advisor, so pretty much nothing changed for me as the customer. Kasper is always very professional, and attentive, going extra mile for us and making sure that all bank documents are delivered on time, regardless of the topic we discuss. I had multiple contacts with other bank staff, and infoline staff, and all of them were always helpful and trying to solve my problem quickly. I highly recommend this, especially this branch, due to its customer-centric approach.

Just had the most pleasant conversation with Hanne Madsen. Had read a few of the sour reviews on here and was a bit nervous about calling the bank. All I can say is that the service that was provided exceeded all expectations. A nice, welcoming and competent employee. The inquiry concerned an association account.
