We had a lovely experience with Frederikke at STORKE FOTO. She made the photoshoot such fun for our 6year old that we could not resist joining in for a family pic or two! We normally feel very unphotogenic and she made us feel relaxed and captured us naturally. We also have little Danish and she made us feel so welcome to our new community that we were entirely 'at home'. We are so pleased with our new family pictures and Stork Foto's have even gone 'above and beyond' so that we might share them with our family back in Ireland. Will will most definitely visit them over and over again.

We have and are beyond happy about our collaboration. Rikke is super good at capturing the children's expressions, so it is always a pleasure to see pictures from Storke Foto. She is cooperative and has good customer contact.

Wildly enough. After missing the invoice in the mailbox, our outstanding school photo of DKK 95 has been sent directly to debt collection by Storkefoto and has now cost us DKK 780. Fairly aggressive. It is probably the last time we buy a school photo from Storke Foto. We have reached out to you prior to this review and of course fully accepted the blame for not having paid on time, for which we are very sorry! Here we met no understanding, but only a comment that you could not spend your time reaching out to your customers. So we have no presumption that you have any desire to understand us, even if you now write we can contact you again. You are very welcome to contact us if you see it differently. Once again, we apologize for missing the payment in the busy family life with young children!

Received pictures that had been creased in the nursery.... called and actually wanted to order new ones. But got the set I ordered for free sent directly to my home without charge. It's really service. It must be said that it was my own daughter of 4 who had eagerly crumpled the pictures when she wanted to put them in her bag so we remembered them.
