I experienced good service when handing in the bike for repair. After that it was a bit of an uphill battle, I had to procure a spare part myself which they couldn't get (it took me three hours to order it home) and there was also a month's waiting for another spare part. it's amateurish when the message you get upon submission reads: "you must expect a week's time for repair" I will not use the redoubt bikes again.
