Our travel plan changed because airline had to cancel one of our flights. I had my doubts because have heard that some (same kind of) agencies don't even answer emails, but with Sembo service was really nice and our problem was solved easily. We got very friendly service from Asya and she helped us to find another flight that suit our travel plans.

I have been trying to make changes to my flight tickets for 2 months now. After a lot of back and forth, they said I had to purchase a service pack to be able to get assistance to do so (no other way to make any changes without it). From the moment I made the payment for the package, they simply stopped answering and ignored my attempts of contact by email. My first request, which was made even before I left Sweden was to change the date on my return flight. No answers/assistance for that and now it's too late already. So my second option was to change the airport for the first leg of my return flight. As I said, I am already abroad (in Brazil), and my flight back to Sweden is in 5 days and still got zero answers. Now I am stuck not knowing if I will have to go back to the original city where the flight leaves, which is literally 1000km from where I am. I've called and emailed several times, talked to several people and I only get the same answer "we are having a high demand of inquiries so you need to wait and we will come back to you". When I call by phone they tell me to send an email, then I get no replies whatsover and call again, they tell me to call back the next day, and it's the same thing over and over. I had one of their customer service agents cut me when I was speaking, saying "if this is about a flight I won't do anything for you, you have to call tomorrow", without even asking for my booking number or trying to understand the situation. She could have at least looked up if there was any updates on my case. I of course got upset and when I told her I am tired of their excuses and that I needed her to check the status of inquiry, she just hung up the call on my face. I am extremely frustrated that I have to make calls on a daily basis and I keep being ignored every time. If you are reading this, please do yourself a favor and choose another operator for flight tickets, these guys are running a sc*m to get people to pay for useless services. From the moment you pay they will drop you right away and leave you hanging without any assistance. You get in this tricky situation where you can do absolutely nothing since the airline refuses to help since the tickets were purchased by a third party.

My flight was cancelled by the airline company, but within a few Hours it was all fixed without any complications at all by Aysa who dealt with my situation. Very happy with the service.

I bought tickets via sembo, mispel word, called try to fix it, they told me to call Turkish airlines, and I called Turkish airlines told the agency is responsible I have to contact them , they send me again to Turkish airlines told me they can’t even find how much I purchase for tickets no access to ticket that I purchased 14530kr, it was my biggest mistake I purchased with agency that I didn’t know , should have know something wasn’t right when try download the app , it’s not allowed in Sweden,
