I recently brought my 10-year-old daughter to Yasmin’s and was blown away by both the level of service and the quality of the cut. My daughter has Asperger’s syndrome and her scalp is extremely sensitive to brushing, and Yasmin was warm, friendly and gentle with her and helped put her at ease right away. She asked for my input along the way, gave excellent advice on how to work with my daughter’s thick hair, and the result was well worth the price. My daughters hair has never looked so good, and she can’t wait to go back to Yasmin! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Unfortunately, I had two super unfortunate haircuts at Yasmin's. I apply after the first haircut, and get an appointment where my hair needs to be straightened. When I get back to the salon, Yasmin confirms that she can see that the haircut is not well done, and sets about correcting it. Unfortunately, straightening is done in a way where a large part of my hair has been thinned, which has resulted in a short wreath around my head. For both haircuts, my hair is styled in the salon, which is why it was difficult to see the final result. I am contacting you again because I am dissatisfied with the result, as I had initially just asked for as little of my hair as possible to be cut. It would have been in order with the money back and a big apology for ruining my hair, but Yasmin would not accept this. Subsequently, Yasmin claims that I asked for this hair and that it appears on her video surveillance with audio recordings 🤥 I cannot recommend coming here, as both the result and subsequent treatment were very unprofessional.

Worst experience with a coloring that went completely wrong, while the hairdresser shouted at his student in a degrading way. When contacting the salon, you receive threats and a hairdresser who is out of educational reach. Very very unpleasant tone. Take care to also give your address to the salon, as you may subsequently be exposed to threats if you are not satisfied. She writes for all bad reviews that you have never been a customer, etc. It is probably the easiest.

It was a great experience for my 6-year-old son. I am really satisfied with the result. Will definitely come again
