I will definitely use them again! I used Rudersdal Byg og Montage for installing a new oak floor in my apartment. They were not cheap but did an excellent job and everything was clean before they left. Esther, Gentofte

I would like to recommend Rudersdal Byg & Montage. The company provided professional and quick service in assembling kitchen furnitures. Charlottenlund

I have used Rudersdal Byg og Montage on a business task where 6 terraced houses had to have windows and doors installed. The agreements were respected, the work was without comments and they could clean up after the task was completed. Wh Morten

I usually never write reviews, but in this case I feel obliged to warn against Bo Max Laursen/Rudersdal Byg og Montage. In the autumn I wrote to Rudersdal Byg og Montage and asked if they could install a small Ikea kitchen. I quickly received a reply from Bo Max Laursen, who signed himself "Managing Director, Point Media," that the company could handle it. I was told that the company's kitchen joiner would do the job. I was also told the kitchen carpenter's hourly wage. It turned out that the kitchen carpenter that Bo Max Laursen promised to send out was Bo Max Laursen himself. In the subsequent email exchanges, Bo alternately signed himself "carpenter," "carpenter" and "carpenter/carpenter." I got really worried when Bo, who is paid by the hour, started the "installation." He didn't seem to have the remotest concept of even the most elementary things and the only development was the size of the bill. 8 days after Bo had entered the apartment for the first time, I was told that the kitchen was now installed. After watching Bo in action, my expectations for the end result were very low. Still, I have to admit I was surprised at how lousy a job he had done. Bo had neglected to install two drawers. With the naked eye, you could see that everything was set up crooked. The oven went towards the drawer when you tried to open the door. Bo had changed two drawers with the consequence that there was no room for the sink. As if that wasn't enough, I also found a box packed with brackets, screws, washers, leveling feet, etc. which Bo had failed to use when he assembled the various devices. I asked Bo to remedy all the deficiencies or give me a proportionate refusal. Bo replied that nothing was set up crookedly. According to Bo, the drawer that went on the oven door was the fault of the electrician. According to himself, Bo was also not to blame for the failure to install two drawers. I had an expert make an assessment of Bo Max Laursen's work. The assessment shows that "the kitchen is set up very crooked in several places, which affects the functionality of the doors and drawers." The cabinet elements slope 6 mm. The expert also states that "the person has used the wrong washers and completely failed to install stabilizer feet." The expert said that the value of the work was equal to NOK 0 and that there was not much carpenter/joiner above the person who had carried out the work. I don't know who or what Bo Max Laursen is. I just know that in addition to the over 18,000 kroner I wasted on Bo, I had to pay a third party to refit the kitchen. Therefore: I stay far away from Bo Max Laursen/Rudersdal Byg og Montage. The company is a mockery of craftsmen.

My girlfriend and I chose to hire Rudersdal Byg og Montage/Bo Max Laursen to install a small IKEA kitchen because the company/Bo advertises as "specialists in just kitchens from IKEA." Our kitchen space is a small 6 m² and Bo gave us the prospect that it would take him 3-4 days to install the kitchen, of which the installation of the worktop would take a full working day. We had to install the handles ourselves. Payment was to be made on an hourly basis. Bo was given physical as well as virtual drawings of the small kitchen. For the first few days, no work seemed to be done. The times I looked past the apartment, Bo was either gone or he stood and smoked outside and then rushed in when he spotted me. When I asked him why he hadn't done anything, he explained that he wasn't an expert in IKEA kitchens. We owed DKK 9,000 at the time and the only change from before Bo started the 'work' was that the frame for a couple of cupboards had been moved out into the kitchen. We agreed with Bo to let someone else install the tabletop and thus save him (and us) a working day. Despite the fact that the scope of the agreed task was thus reduced by between 25 and 33%, Bo refused to adjust the price in accordance with the work reduction. He still had to be paid for four full working days, and if we didn't accept the conditions, he would leave us with two frames in the kitchen and a bill of DKK 9000. For financial and time reasons, we chose to give Bo a second chance. On the third 'working day', Bo didn't meet until well into the morning, and my pregnant girlfriend had to set aside the day to guide Bo in person and by phone in how to assemble an IKEA kitchen. On the fourth working day, my girlfriend again received several inquiries from Bo about how he should behave, but since she was in the maternity ward, this time she could not help Bo. Before we had time to inspect 'the finished work', Bo had sent a bill for just under 19,000 kroner and notified my girlfriend for payment. The kitchen doors turned out to be crooked and Bo had neglected to fit the kitchen drawer which he had mistaken for a cupboard. I blamed Bo for the shoddy work, the misleading marketing and the disproportionate price. He denied that the kitchen doors were crooked and ignored the submitted documentation (the next day, Bo's partner carried out a measurement of the kitchen and admitted on that occasion that the kitchen doors were crooked). The question of why he pretended to be a specialist in IKEA kitchens before employment remained unanswered. I also couldn't figure out how he could be 4 days away from completing a partial assembly of an extremely small kitchen, which did not include the assembly of handles or countertops, when he advertises on the website that it typically takes 3-6 in total by size to assemble and assemble an IKEA kitchen. (Smaller kitchens than ours can only be found in dollhouses.) Instead of dealing matter-of-factly with my objections and request to enter into a price compromise that reflected the deficiencies and the real working hours, Bo chose instead to resort to straw men and vile personal attacks. I refrained from further communication and paid the full amount
