Worst hotel that I saw. Poor furnishings, hot water in the bathroom is working time to time, dirty linen (big red spot on the linen). We have forced to move to another hotel after first night.

The hotel was in the process of being renovated and at certain times there was the noise of drills. Very inferior category for what we are used to in Spain. The bathroom was painful, without a bathtub or shower tray, the water poured onto the floor and took a long time to go, so you ran the risk of dying from electrocution if you used the hairdryer or electric razor, well, you wouldn't mind. There was no choice but to step into the puddle... But the bed was very good, after a day of long walks you fell asleep in glory... Very correct breakfast, well located, but €300 a night 😳😳

Very little to highlight to say nothing. The cleanliness is bordering on fair, the bathrooms in the rooms could be remodeled a little, they seem very dated. The room service bordering on the scarce (in 7 nights not even the pillowcases were changed even once) were limited to folding the duvet and vacuuming and making the room. On the part of the staff, they were polite, although at reception I always had them looking at the screen and they didn't even raise it to say hello. Otherwise it is very central and quiet, another thing is the very soft beds.

Delicious Italian luxury buffet, beautifully arranged on plates and in bowls. There was plenty. Our guests enjoyed it. Friendly and professional service.

Used hotel Richmond's catering department for a small party, chose an exclusive tapas arrangement and we got a lot of food for the money, nicely arranged on plates and in bowls. Highly recommended. Will return another time.

They have no control over anything. If you want to be sure of getting food for your event, I would recommend choosing another place.

Bought luxury smørrebrød which looked like hand food, tasteless and old ingredients. Cannot be recommended.
