asked me to pay 700dkk to fix my bike where another bike shop 50 meters from there asked me 300dkk... I know where to go now. It was vacation time for the other shop too... Besides, if I have to the previous time I asked if they could fix my brakes which they charged me for tightening them but the result was still the same. Brakes were not working properly... But the staff was nice tho :)

I had the misfortune to buy a second-hand bicycle that was bought in that store, therefore when the bike had a problem I had to resort to them because they are the only ones that work with this type of engines and poor quality batteries (i I didn't know that when I bought the bike). Instead of providing me with a diagnosis, for which they charged me, they made me buy a new battery and charger when in fact there was no need. the lesson .... you do not need extensive knowledge to fix your ebike, just a little good disposition ... something that you will not find in this store

I got a good service on my old bike. It was managed from day to day where I received an SMS when it was finished. What was agreed was done and I think the price was excellent.

Really professional, I just had to fix a bolt and put a new saddle on, it was no problem and the next day the bike was finished.
