Multiple times in the last couple of weeks there hasn't been warm water in the men's shower despite having notified the staff with them saying plumber would fix it. According to other members multiple plumbers have been there but still cold water. The only reason for two stars and not one is because the staff is amazing.

Nice fitness centre where the service is great. The tidiness and quality of cleaning is quite good compared to other places I have experienced. The machines are working most of the time and if not they are quickly repaired. The staff is kind and "goes the extra mile" for you if you need there expertise. Very good place

It's ok for the location and is a reasonable size. The equipment could be better from a free weights and bench/bar perspective and the floor could do with being more solid and level. Staff were friendly with me. There is free coffee but no fresh milk ! Crazy.

- Bathing inside by Lord, looks like something that has never been cleaned, There is mold and fungus everywhere inside the bath, You are obviously only content to clean it. - There are really many children who stay in small groups and mess around a lot. They have probably never been taught how to behave in public. - The employees stand at the entrance all day while everything is messed up. They could go around and point out when people do their exercises incorrectly, "like many of the young people do" or ask people to clean up and wipe after themselves.
