They don't really have a handle on the rules surrounding documents from impressed cars when they get a tow hitch installed, so either get the car inspected somewhere else. They are otherwise nice and polite, so nothing to blame them for

I have never felt so badly treated as here. I was talked down to and made fun of in front of the other customers. I never put my feet/car in that place. Bad style - I would definitely recommend FDM instead

It's the fastest sight I've yet experienced, as we walked into the office the car was test driven and quickly entered and up the ramp. It was examined and 6 minutes later we were out in our car with an OK stamp.
