Bought a brand new car in 2018 and have had problem after problem with it since the beginning. I am now sitting in a parking lot stranded with a trunk full of groceries and hungry children because for the second time in one week, this car will not start. The whole purpose of buying brand new is to increase reliability. I have never spent so much on a car before nor experienced such an unreliable vehicle. This is simply not right.

They are the only reason why I will never buy a citroen again, their employees are either half snarling or angry, and it doesn't matter if you call or show up. Punctured a tire 1 km from them, called and asked if they could patch the tire if I took it off and the answer was that I could wait 1 week like everyone else, then had the car driven to Birkerød where they changed/patched the tire in 30 min . First and last time I will have anything to do with citroen.

Should investigate whether it is possible to get a particulate filter for an old Citroen C3, and if so a price. "Search online" was the reply. It wasn't something they wanted to deal with at all. You do the math. Stay away from Ove Jensen cars
