Came back after a horrible experience at this OKQ8 station. Was at the automated wash here on Tuesday and that left abrasive scratches on the car. Ofc as it’s a drive-in drive-out I noticed it only after I reached home. I called their customer service on Thursday and they advised to visit the station which I did on Friday when I was asked to visit on Monday when the boss is there. Today when we visited the manager refused to even come and have a look at the scratches and put all the effort in instead shifting blame (liability I would have understood). The staff needs to be better at customer service. Long story short : if you have a choice don’t use the car wash at this station.
