A real scam company. The company sold a telephone switchboard, which the technicians repeatedly misprogrammed. Our company was without a phone first for a whole week, then again and again. Hopeless support that doesn't get the facts. The company binds its customers to long contract periods. When attempts are made to terminate, employees do not respond. I had to contact the company 6 times over a period of about 1.5 months before I got a response from someone who just added numbers. This company has a complete disregard for providing their customers with good service or if they have products that work. What you do has nothing to do with this company!!!

The company ties up with long contracts which they then extend if the slightest change is to be made. They lie and don't keep what they promise. They do not help the customer to understand the deal, but only want to break fast deals.
