Just got the worst customer service of my life. You only really understand the value of good personal advice when you try the opposite! It will be a final goodbye to Nykredit - I have started to find a new bank.

1 star because the ATM they have down there is far too unstable, either it is out of order or we can only deposit money but not withdraw, as late as this morning I went down there again in vain as the screen says 'there is no connection to the bank' It's way too unstable and have called them a few times now and each time they promise improvement but it's still the same. It cannot be true that every time it is in udu, I have to withdraw from a foreign ATM where I have to pay a fee. It's good enough for bad, almost bordering on a farce by now. That's an ounce of Nykredit

Really good bank and insurance. Service is top notch and the people are easy to talk to. But that's the way it is with banks, they are different and we all have a lot of opinions about them. In any case, I would recommend them. Because I have only had good experiences with them.
