Bad service and everything has to be over mail and very expensive car loans they have and they increase every month

As a Nykredit customer, you cannot see car loans in Netbanken. You will receive an E-Boks message with information about outstanding debt etc. Quite outdated integration between the bank and the leasing part, which handles car loans. Took 1 year to get the loan established, and it ended up in my partner's name. So don't even get to borrow the statements yourself

Really bad service, and they speak badly to someone on the phone because you are calling to become a customer of theirs! They don't keep what they promise, among other things with calls back, they have wasted my time.. unscrupulous bank that offers to finance your flex leasing, and unscrupulous employee..
