NEVER bring your pets here. Our dog has to be anesthetized every time he has to be cut after he was strapped down and had his anal glands emptied by this groomer. He just had to be clipped but ended up at the vet because he was shaking so much after this traumatic visit. 0 stars if possible. HORRIBLE and such a shame for the poor pets.

Really terrible dog groomer. My old mother had her Bichon Havanais cut and ordered a teddy bear cut. When she picked up the dog again, it was completely covered in bristles in all directions, with places all the way down to bare skin. Deeply unprofessional and poor service. We can only recommend to stay away from that horrible place. The hairdresser speaks extremely poorly to customers, gives an incredible number of bad arguments for her ugly haircut and lies. Her explanation for why the poor thing had to be scolded was "I had said that from the start, because it had a few simple knots on its stomach". As if a customer wanted to order such an ugly and short haircut on the WHOLE body - it looks like it has been for a sheep shearing. Add that is unprofessional.

Do not recommend this dog salon. Entered the salon and could hear how the dog groomer shouted at a dog that was for a haircut when it beeped during a haircut. It wasn't nice words that came out of his mouth. Have used the salon myself, it stopped quickly. Haircut also nothing to shout about. Think about how your dog is treated, not the price. Can highly recommend the dog salon in møllesstræde in Hillerød.

Friendly, but a bit messy in the salon also thought my dog should be washed before trimming?! and quite cheap price, I will definitely come again 😁
