Stay well clear of this company. on the 25 of July 2021, I booked 2 men help move my belongings. I got a time and a date. I ask the lady, ''So this is set?, This is an appointment?'', Am I going to get help move my stuff, on the 25/08''Yes'' she said . Now on the 11.08.21 MiniTrans Lady rings me to say she is cancelling the Appointment. !!!! 12 days before my move. She had never had any Movers who had agreed to help me, when she made the appointment. She Gives you a date, set up an appointment......without having Movers who have said 'Yes' to the Job. I would chose another company. MiniTrans Leves me stranded with 12 days to fing other company to help me. Mette Jelsbak

I can not recommend this company at all. I reserved a move, including 2 helpers for the heavy furniture, via them. My friends and me carried down all the other items, in front of the old house. They did not show up. When I called them, the first information was that they will be there in 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes I called again and they informed me that they could not reach the driver, they do not know whether they can find 2 other helpers and when another van could be there. They promised to call after 5 minutes, what they have not done. Therefore I found myself another company (3x34), who was able to help within short time. After I found a solution myself, the driver by Mini Trans called again and offered to be at my place in an hour. However, as I could not trust them anymore, I kept my reservation at the other company.

A lightning fast service on the phone by Louise when investigating the possibility of moving (Teglholm Tværvej - 2450 kbh) the same day with Mini Trans 😀 2 hours later, 2 movers were ready to run the 4 floors up/down (elevator was defective) nothing but praise words and respect for their work 👏💪(didn't get their names but hope they see this post) 6 out of 5 ⭐️

The person on the phone was not service minded. I chose 3x34 instead. They found rewards instead of problems. At minitrans, it's the other way around!

The drivers were friendly and helpful enough but the lady on the phone was completely blown away and it took about fifteen minutes to get a price there, despite it being double what the calculator on their own site had shown, it was still less than what we ended up having pay. DKK 600 for a van to drive one kilometre, I think that is robbery.

I had bought a larger item on Lauritz.com in Herlev which could not fit in the car. So I called Minitrans. Here I spoke to a very friendly and helpful man (Søren) who sent a friendly and helpful delivery man (Bjarke) who arrived at the agreed time. We had the goods towed on board. we both drove off in separate cars and arrived at the same time, where we had the item towed off. The price was extremely reasonable. I am very satisfied and would gladly use this company again

Just had to move a few things from my dorm room, but the mover was downright awful. He couldn't figure out how to move things properly without getting hurt, he was driving very crazy and very illegally. He was driving way too fast and kept changing lanes constantly to avoid the other cars. Again when it had to be unloaded he was of no help. When we finally finished (much too late because the mover was inept) he came up with a much higher price than was initially agreed. Could never think of using minitrans again. Furthermore, the mover was not late, but he did come 45 minutes before the agreed time, so I had not quite finished packing yet. I got no warning that the time had been moved.
