Terrible experience. My package was at the "FØTEX POSTHUS" depot for 4 days, but you did not send me any notification or tracking number to be able to collect the package. I had to contact the seller to get help and to be able to collect the package before you, due to your negligence, sent it back.

It’s okay but who in the world decided that after a certain hour you can only pick up packages but not send them? (And you can still send small packages if you can fit them into the post?) This doesn’t make any sense. It’s like going to a coffee shop and being told that after X o’clock you can’t buy coffee but only tea. For working people it’s almost impossible to be there in their 10-17:30 opening hours. What a disgrace when I’m being charged three times as much to send a package ten times lighter than what I could if I were doing it the other way around (from abroad).

Why on earth would you close a post office located in a store, managed by the store attendants on a Sunday?!?! when the store is busy and open. Shame on you Posthuset and shame on you Føtex.. What shitty business.. Some of us are quite busy and weekends are almost the only days to run errands.. yuk!😣

Helpful, but not enough staff. Due to the opening hours and the limited time it is open on Saturday, the lines and wait times are egregiously long. Thankfully most of my packages do not need anything more than a drop off which circumvents the line.

First, they could find my package, then i got a call that i could get it...today their system is down, so i need to go there tomorrow the 3rd time...let's see, if I need to go a 4th time. And I never received a pick-up sms

Always a long queue, and they rarely have boxes to pack when sending packages. They said they had ordered new ones over a week ago, but they have no idea when they will receive them. Terrible organization. Can't wait for that company to be replaced.
