A safe space that helped me to change my behaviour I approached Roya as I was worrying a lot and felt like I was getting in my own way because of it. I also wanted to be able to rest more within myself and appear more authentic. I found it difficult to imagine how I was supposed to be able to "think my way out of my own worries". I also found it difficult to start working with my insecurities, since it requires acknowledging and challenging them. My skepticism became less and less as my experiences with the exercises increased. After the course, my problem has improved a lot. I can feel that, with the help of the exercises, I have changed my behavior and there are not as many worries. I experience more and meet more people because I practice not trying to avoid certain situations. I can decide for myself when and how much I let my trigger tanks fill. Worries therefore suddenly seem like a huge waste of time. During the course, there was a good presence and a good pace in the conversations - we didn't waste time, but it wasn't stressful either. I felt comfortable and well received. I felt from the start that it was a safe space. I felt that I could open up as much as I wanted, but did not feel that it was necessary to open up a whole lot about my private life and past, etc., as the method is more "proactive" than, for example, "general. " psychologist interviews. Roya seemed very prepared and professional and was good at giving perspective to notes from our previous conversations as well as having an agenda ready for the new meeting. It was clear that there was a structure and plan for the various milestones in the process. Thank you very much for your help and for being patient when I questioned and was critical. It has really helped a lot. I would definitely recommend a course to others.
