Warning to everyone who is going to buy or will buy an apartment, house, terraced house from the Helsingborg real estate agency. Be careful with what is written about the apartment, 50% of what is written on the ads is not true, many fabrications and lies are there, the broker "Johan" has absolutely zero knowledge of the condition of the apartment before he posts the ad and writes "fine condition" when you buy the house.. and find all the faults and the broker and seller will withdraw. And in most cases, the broker protects the seller instead. Be careful and good luck.
