We had a fantastic visit to Lygten Bazar in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. This store pleasantly surprised us by offering a wide variety of groceries, particularly Asian and Middle Eastern items. What stood out was the availability of fresh meat, fish, and vegetables. The staff members were friendly and provided great service. Overall, it was a great shopping experience.

I mean what can I say! First time there after I headed about it from everyone including those who barely pass by Norrebro! I was in for a real treat & surprise! They probably have every spice in the Middle Eastern & South-Asian cuisine covered, LOTS of stuff you could only find in your home countries, extremey reasonably-priced for what I got at Lygten Bazar for DKK 1,400 would’ve easily been DKK 6,000 from the Irma next door or a little less even from Fotex. The staff are very helpful, kind & speak multiple languages! Certainly a great place to also get some exotic fruits/veggies from, pulses, sauces, rices…etc. you name it! All in all would definitely keep coming although its considerably far from where I live! Finally, if you’re after the amazing visual merchandising part, wide spaces to enjoy the consumer experience & clear pricing they don’t exactly have that!

It's a one stop place for most of the asian stuff, including vegetables and other items such as flours, rice, masala and even non vegetarian items. Prices are also reasonable and at a very close proximity to Norrebro station.

Good prices and a variety of products, like vegetables, fruits, beans and grains. Too crowded. The waiting line to pay is very long every time.

A LOT of improvements since last time I reviewed. To the point where this is now my go to shop wether it’s daytime or if I’m craving snacks. I can definitely say that the bad reviews previously are no longer valid as this place has transformed completely.

Great selection of fruits and vegetables but they also have Asian, Indian and middle Eastern groceries. If you're trying to find something specific from those areas try here.

Average quality but larger variety. Depends what you are looking for but mostly you will find something similar to your requirement
