We were standing under their awning in the rain, waiting for a friend who was in the toilet, when someone came and asked if we were having a meeting. Where we explain to them that we are waiting. Then they choose to pull in their awning in provocation. Lack of empathy takes a long time to find. A good shop for sure!😑

I have received EXCELLENT service from Hilda Kruse who has tried to find a solution to a problem that did not come from Light-point. One of my spots had been burned and Hilda tried in every possible and almost impossible way to find a solution, quick response both via e-mail and Hilda has called me several times, this matter has been followed up to the letter , I am impressed by the tremendous service I have received - 5 stars should be multiplied by 2! Fantastic service! I came back with a lamp that stopped lighting after 2 years and even though the lamp had a 7 year warranty I couldn't show any receipt. However, the staff found the receipt for me in their system and I got a new lamp, the same day I got an email saying that my case would be processed within 5 days. You have to say that! Extremely professional, with a huge plus in terms of customer service.
