Never trade there. Bought an OBH scale which was defective when it arrived Calling in and discussing whether we had put the batteries in correctly !!!! Well they will send a new one The next one that comes has been used in the store for display, full of scratches and tape and creaking violently Now I'm writing an email that I now want the money back Only got a refund for shipping of DKK 85 and am writing and sending for my money back To date nothing heard It is a very incompetent company Keep your fingers off it
