I have had doctor Sophie Placing for many years and have approached her with many different problems. I have nothing but praise for her professionalism, responsiveness and empathy. I have always found Sophie to be committed, serious and welcoming and would recommend her to others at any time. I always want to make an appointment with Sophie, so I don't know the other doctors in the clinic. Yes, there can be a bit of a long wait on the phone, it can't be any different when you are associated with a large medical practice with many patients.

I have now been trying for 2 months online to book an appointment for a simple blood test. No times at all. My son has had his doctor's appointment moved 3 times due to illness. The service is under all criticism

Bad doctor, not because of a single experience.. Just generally bad! Always crazy waiting time on the phone and most often the doctors are more than 30 minutes behind! But all work at the clinic still takes place in slow motion and there is no kind of service despite that! Can not be recommended!!

A little difficult to compare with other medical centers, as I have not used others. Have had this medical center since they started as the doctors above Virum pharmacy, and in all these years have never had anything serious to complain about. It is correct that someone writes that it can be difficult to get through on the phone, but that is due to busyness, and is not really something that neither they nor I can do anything about. Always try to make an appointment online which works fine. So all in all 4 stars with one arrow up 🔝

Bad experience - It has not been possible to access your website Cure4you.dk for most of the day. I had to write an email to Maria - to confirm that I have had blood tests taken this morning. Really annoying to have to spend so much time on such a small task.

MISERABLE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT BY DOCTOR PERNILLE KYST - ABSOLUTELY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR - Never calls back as agreed - Says one thing and does another! (e.g. forgetting to send a reference despite agreement) - Low professionalism and unpleasant tone (was even told that she was fed up with my case and referred to as "liar"). - Very uncomprehending and doesn't listen -Despite a large medical center with several research doctors, I was not allowed to make an appointment with one of the other doctors, but was then asked to change doctors if I was dissatisfied, which I have of course done after repeated unpleasant doctor visits.
