I had an appointment there and everything was good. Since the mail consultation, I explained that I don't speak danish and they were comprehensive and answered in english. Arriving there, the receptionist was polite and also assisted me in english as well as the doctor.

I am really happy with the Langesvej hospital! I usually suffer from a lot of fear of doctors but have started getting there with no problems! They are always very nice, both on the phone and during consultations! Always nice to talk to, listening and understanding, and that's both the nurses and the doctors! 5/5 rocks from me! Will soon be moving from Hillerød and the only thing I will miss is the ready doctor's office in Langesvej! - so if you have the slightest doubt or expression, I would really recommend the doctors and nurses at Langsvej.

After the hospital was divided at the end of 2022, quality has gone from very good to fantastic. We are a big family, and we all know each other by first name, are taken seriously and can always get an emergency appointment the same day if things get hot. I am incredibly happy and comfortable being a patient with Ben and co.

We were stranded in a holiday home without the possibility of seeing our own doctor, both in our own holiday home village and in a nearby town they would not accept us. We are grateful that Lægerne Langesvej found a time for us, and that a good amount of time was really set aside for a thorough examination.

I am really happy with 'Doctors on Langesvej'. I have always experienced serious and professionally competent treatment when I have visited the doctor's office. If it has been urgent, I have been able to get a quick appointment. And I have been sent on when it has been necessary. I also find that I get a good explanation when needed from both the doctors and the secretaries (who are trained nurses).

I have had a doctor here for almost 5 years. I have always had very good experiences with the doctors themselves, but unfortunately have had many unpleasant experiences with those who sit and answer the phone when you call regarding an appointment. Often I am met with mistrust/mistrust, am talked down to, and I especially received really bad treatment after I became pregnant for the first time. I had to e.g. called about checking the blood percentage, when my midwife had asked me to - I got the answer "Well. Are you sure? I really can't help you with that.” They should speak nicer to people who call in.

Rarely have I experienced such an unpleasant secretary. I called to get an emergency appointment on 16/11 2018, as my own doctor is away and I am far away from the doctor my own doctor refers me to. The secretary couldn't give me an appointment, and that's fine in and of itself, but the way I was spoken to was completely unnecessary and surprisingly aggressive. I hope others don't have the same experience.
