Miserable experience. Ruined my wife's new dress with incorrect hemming and inset sleeves - these shortened to r-shirt length. Had nothing hidden from either the cuffs or bottom of the dress which is unheard of! Measured incorrectly and refuses to make a mistake or alter despite the dress not fitting. DKK 5,000 for a dress out of the window and DKK 1,500 for a professionally profoundly incompetent person who doesn't even want to apologize. However, stand up for what you are capable of professionally and content yourself with re-stitching a jacket set - this is not the only complaint about precisely these mistakes when sewing a dress.

I have used services from KS mhp folding trousers, shortening of blazer sleeves 8where sleeves were taken off shortened and sewn on again - perfectly executed. , the price is reasonable and there are also reasonable waiting times for returns - can only recommend this place!

Had a credit voucher made for DKK 370 and the clerk said she would not put an expiry date on it, so I could always use it. When I now want to have some clothes repaired, the lady in the shop says that I cannot use the credit card as it is out of date. The clerk said something else and it says nothing about expiry.

Really good experience. Had a hole in my suit jacket, which I'm really happy about - the nice man behind the checkout gladly accepted it and the next day it was as good as new. Can definitely be recommended!
