The service staff (Brønshøj) impatient, haughty and do not explain. She doesn't explain anything to me, just asks questions, she stressed me out because I didn't understand a question. She was 15 minutes late. She is busy: why give a time if the citizens have to hurry. she had a fight with another man because she wouldn't speak to him in english, he spoke swedish. She really needs to review her way of speaking and communicating.

One star for staff friendliness. Had made an appointment for an inquiry regarding tax and provided my telephone number. Turned up and was then told by the staff that they could not help with taxes. Thinks that you could be notified about it, as Borgerservice has your number. Or you would be informed about this when booking an appointment.

I showed up at my booked appointment. After that, I am only told when I show up by a flabby employee who practically laughs at me that I can go back home and make a new appointment due to a power failure.

I had a very disappointing experience today regarding a new passport at Copenhagen Citizens Service in Brønshøj. I had to have my passport extended in connection with a driving test next week, but when I come to bail services they can only help me if I need to have my passport extended in connection with a trip. They keep hounding me over a computer. When I tell them I'm not going to travel, they suggest I'm lying on the form. I don't want to lie on a form. They seem incomprehensible, won't listen and interrupt me many times. It is stressful and unsafe.

Went to Citizen Service in Brønshøj today in connection with MitID, magnificent premises as it is part of the library on the 2nd floor. Good waiting seats, good pleasant atmosphere, many functions, good help from employees. The employee we were assigned was also good and friendly.
