As soon as I step through the door of Klinik Lindring, I feel welcome in the bright, cozy rooms. In sound massage, Tibetan sounding bowls (singing bowls) are used to provide a deep, balanced and meditative relaxation. After a thorough briefing on sound massage and how it works, I settle down on the couch and Hannah starts the massage. It is a new experience for me, the beautiful sounds of the bowls affect me on a deep level. I could clearly feel the vibration of the sound in my body in the various areas where the bowls were placed.
