Lost my Peugeot guarantee because Kim Ejlertsen Automobiler is not authorised Peugeot Service anymore!! Now I have to pay for turbine damage 12.000 kr. from my own pocket. Besides that, I bought completely new Peugeot car from Kim Ejlertsen - and after 20.000 km turbine broke down. Also those guys are always late - made appointment for 10:00, and stuff arrived and started to open shop only at 10:15.

Responded to a car they had on their site, was told that the car was not quite ready and that we should come on Thursday, it is changed to Friday as it is still not ready, Friday comes and they just manage to call and say that we no need to come because they have sold the car. MEGA rogue business, definitely can't recommend them. Waited 5 days for the car to be ready and a long nose. Can't describe how badly their business is run. find another and serious dealer.

I make an appointment for Service and the rectification of a fault before I go on a self-drive holiday to the south. Everything works fine and I am promised a loaner car. On the day when I have to hand over the car, I arrive 10 minutes before the agreed time. There is no one present. 5 minutes after opening time, someone appears who apparently works at the sheet metal workshop. He asks me if I'm waiting to come in for service, which I confirm. "We don't take in new cars, so it's more so you don't stand here and wait in vain" he then tells me. "But I've booked an appointment and got confirmation of a loaner car, and I'm going on holiday in a little while!?" The answer to that was; "Yeah... but then, we're not taking any more in". It is fair enough if you agree to an agreement for too much, but then you inform the customer well in advance of the agreement, so that the customer can find another place or book another time. Instead, I was left in front of a closed gate, with no help or advice on what to do next. I am very dissatisfied with that!

Makes an agreement about service where they state an Approx. Price for everything with the caveat that it can fluctuate by a few hundred DKK. It turned out that it was DKK 3800 more expensive than the agreed amount. Furthermore, it was agreed that the car could be picked up at 1530, as I had an appointment, at the time of writing it is now 1625 and the car is still not ready. I can only strongly advise people not to choose another place for their car, as neither agreements nor prices are respected at Kim Ejlertsen Biler.

Good and welcoming reception .. smaller but good selection of used cars .. Good service for the car, mechanical and plate/painter. If you order car care, it is simply top notch!
