Update from a coffee geek: Still absolutely terrific freshly roasted coffee from Steffen's less-than-micro (nano?) roastery. Brought in a freshly roasted Costa Rica bean last night which, despite the very short degassing time, tasted absolutely fantastic this morning. 🤩 Here is the opportunity to buy and drink coffee from a real super geek who roasts and sells coffee because he simply can't help it! My warmest recommendation 👍
