I have rarely experienced such a foolish course as at JHK Auto. After failing a DPF system so it sooted to again immediately, and then spent two days talking around, "they" offer "help us" with a filter wash if we can "prove" that it is not "The car that will not regenate the filter itself", which is the pure rubbish! You should think they were pastries, and not mechanics! If they can seriously suggest something so foolish, it is either complete incompetence, or direct manipulation/humbug. After all, the only way to get the PCM system to allow a static DPF regeneration is by making sure the filter has not stopped (so the sensor does not measure too high pressure differential), ie by washing it or changing it! Or, if it is a sensor error, to change the sensor, which they will not do, as it would again prove a mistake on their part (they should have changed the sensor from the start, but did not). Thank you so much if we even solve the problem first (which they have created), would they like to wash (the brand new) filter an extra time? You have to look for worse nonsense. Update after response from the owner: I have to say your answer is an embarrassing gait fis in a horn light. You start by saying that I am lying, and then continue to find all sorts of explanations (again) that do not fit. To get a functional vehicle I now have: - Remounted the filter correctly (you did not have) - Purchased the correct sensor, fitted it correctly (you didn't have either) - repaired the wires you've smashed in the process - reprogrammed the car's ECU and PCM configuration - which you had deleted, and then delivered the car back without functional motor parameters - got the filter cleaned And guess what? Everything works. We asked you to change a filter and a sensor it did not do (without informing us, and nevertheless billed us for it all), and even performed in further damage in the process, which then led to even more problems, which I myself have had to fix. What on earth were you thinking? The car could barely drive when it left you. No wonder the filter sootes if you just delete the injection parameters in the computer and say "go trip". It's so crazy that one would think you would never have tried the task before. It's good enough to laugh that you pay a mechanic 15,000 kroner for a piece of work, and then have to do it all, to get a car that can drive.

Bill us for both parts and labor! Better drive to a proper workshop instead. Had the particle filter and associated sensors replaced, and was billed over 15,000 for both the work and all the parts. But when the car failed again after only 1400 km, it turned out that the DPF pressure sensor had not been changed at all! Even though we had specifically asked for this, and had paid for it! On the contrary, the old sensor was still fitted, but now with broken connection wires. Here they would have already had several days to notify us if it had been an honest mistake. Not a word from them. Pure sham, and completely irresponsible. After that, long stretches of idle chatter and pointless explanations. Explanations changed from one to the other, so no matter what they are lying to the customers. We were told several times that there was a three-year warranty on the filter, but when there were problems there was suddenly NO warranty on it anymore, as they themselves admit to not having completed the warranty documentation! Again outright cheating or lying no matter which way you turn it. We gave them the benefit of the doubt for WAY too long, as we counted on a fair solution being found and that they would correct their mistake - unfortunately. They just dragged out the time until it was the weekend and they could avoid discussion. Update after response from the owner: Your answer is an embarrassing fart in a horn light. To get a functional vehicle, we now have ourselves: - Refitted the filter CORRECTLY (you didn't have it) - Bought the correct sensor, installed it CORRECTLY (you didn't have that either) - Repaired the wires you have smashed in the process - Reprogrammed the car's ECU and PCM configuration - which you had deleted, and then delivered the car back without functional engine parameters - Got the filter cleaned And guess what? Everything works. We asked you to change a filter and a sensor, you failed (without informing us, and billed us for the whole thing anyway), and you also caused further damage in the process, which then led to even more problems, which I myself have had to fix. What on earth were you thinking? The car could barely drive when it left you. No wonder the filter gets soot if you just delete the injection parameters in the computer and say "go trip". It's so crazy that you'd think you'd never tried the task before. It's ridiculous that you pay a mechanic 15,000 kroner for a piece of work, and then have to redo everything yourself to get a car that can drive.
