Hornbækhus was such a wonderful experience! I went there with work and everything was fascilitated so nicely for us, great service, huge rooms with beautiful old furniture and the food was also very lovely 🙏 Almost feels like visiting a replica of Baddhotellet. Furthermore the location is wonderful; its walking distance from a beautiful beach and walking distance from many great restaurents ⛱️🌊 The hotel also has big outside areas and plenty of fun garden games to borrow. The only downside I could think of was that the bar closes at 22:00, but then again thats probably what most guests at a relaxing retreat such as this would prefer ❤️🥰 Overall I was very happy with my stay and would certainly visit again. Actually already considering to gift a visit to my grandmother for her birthday 🥳

Lovely hotel, beautiful and cozy. Everything in perfect order. We loved staying here. Besides staying for the night, you can drop by on Sunday afternoon for their cake feast, or weekdays for dinner. Highly recommended.

Its a beautiful Hotel,quaint and lovely inside. However what prevents me from giving it 5 stars is 1. The 10.00 check out time is real early when compared to other hotels. It feels like you are forced out much too early. 2. The 14.00 check in time is much too late. And 3. The breakfast was acceptable, but not up to par for the price of the room.

Quaint hotel in a leafy part of Hornbæk, only a 2 min walk into town and 5 min to the beach. Depending on the room type you will have to share bathroom/shower with other guests. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is not much more than passable.

It is the kind of place where the hotel becomes part of the experience. Family boutique hotel beautifully decorated with a delicious breakfast. If you can, we recommend you staying for dinner. The food is very good and you will end knowing interesting people. We will definitively go back

Not a dog friendly place!! The hotel recently re-opened after a large refurbishment and is promoting itself as being a place not only for guests staying at the hotel but also for people in the neighbourhood to meet. Therefore while out walking the dog today, I went into Hornbækhus to ask if I could have lunch there in the garden and also bring my dog. I was told that according to company policy, dogs were not allowed anywhere on the premises, not even in the garden. Many people in Hornbæk enjoy walking the dog and combining the walk with a nice lunch somewhere but do not walk to Hornbækhus!
