Arrogant and self-righteous are probably the two words to sum up this place. Handed over my car which is used every day to make money so one day I am out a lot of money and when I call to find out how far it is during the day the message is: They haven't reached it yet?! Well, why did it have to be handed in at 07.30?? 'The mechanic had something he hadn't reached yesterday and what you take in so early in the morning is not necessarily done the same day?! 'will it be finished today' 'I can not promise that?!' 'what do I do then' 'I do not know?!' I collect the car and they ask if I want to book another day and waste one more day? No thanks. 'but then we can find a time when we take it in directly?! 'Then why do you ask me to come with it at 07.30 and it just stands there and doesn't tell me that it's just expensive parking?'
