It is probably the best workshop I have used during my many years with cars. Everyone knows that the diagnosis can be difficult to make and too many parts are replaced. This workshop is super fair in their prices and things work when you receive the car. They also have a free loaner car :-)

Really good buying experience and service! I called Gørløse Autoimport on Thursday and got hold of Kristoffer, who helped me choose the right AdBlue tank (used spare part) for my c-class. On Monday, when my mechanic has to install it, I am told that the tank does not fit. Concerned as I am, I contact Kristoffer again, who takes care of the problem immediately and calls my mechanic and talks to him about it. They manage the misunderstanding together and solve the problem. Super good style and service from Kristoffer and Gørløse Autoimport! Thank you.

Catastrophe workshop stay far away!! Have been referred to Gørløse Autoimport through the dealer, when we experienced the car stuttering and went into the emergency program. The car has now been in the workshop more than 8 times over the last 6 months, and several times over a longer period of time, but the fault has still not been fixed despite repairs of over 50k. The workshop promises to feel up and give information about things, but you never hear anything if you don't contact yourself. Drove the car with one of the mechanics who couldn't feel it chop, although I think it was fairly easy to feel, he said it was bumps in the road or poorly balanced tyres. Each time we are told that the car has been made without any kind of fault and that they have taken longer test trips to make sure the fault has been fixed, but still we realize after just 5km of driving that we have the fault again. It has all ended in me now letting the deal go back and being deeply shocked at how bad an authorized workshop can be. I hope it's not general for authorized Mercedes workshops, because otherwise I'm seriously considering selling the other Mercedes we have that was bought roughly at the same time, purely out of fear that if it one day gets a fault, you'll end up with a defective car that has been repaired for many thousands of kroner. Unfortunately, I have to give ⭐ otherwise they would have gotten zero. Unbelievably bad service and can only advise against the place.

I would say it is the best MB workshop in DK, having been a customer for more than almost 20 years.
