Me and my husband went to Galionen in the month of June, and we really loved it. The half Lobster was super yummy and our favourite! We also loved the fried plaice in butter garlic sauce as well as the salmon dish 😊 Most importantly, the vibe and location of this place is amazing 😍

We had just glogg here. The glogg was the best I have had in Danmark. It was pricy but delicious. The staff was ok. Not as friendly as in other bars we entered, but ok. We did not feel down looked on for not ordering food. The cozy atmosphere justified the price. It felt so christmasy

Galionen is a small but more than capable restaurant. Friendly atmosphere and service helped immensely by excellent meals. I had a tenderloin steak and my wife had a ribeye. Both were cooked to perfection and ranked amongst the best we've ever had. We followed this up with desserts, a rich chocolate mousse, and an apple trifle which was very good. The Nyhavn area that the restaurant is in is full of fun and has a great vibe, especially when it starts to get dark. Totally recommended.

Went for lunch (two people) and got the steak, and two different smørrebrød options. Quick service and great relaxed atmosphere, the food was perfect, would definitely recommend if you don’t mind spending a bit extra for the extra quality!

Great place and good food! The prices are very high, even for Denmark. Our little Baby flipped a drink by mistake and the waiter cashed it twice… not very nice :-(

THIEVES! I asked for a glass of water from the tap and they brought it to me. After 5 minutes they brought me an unsolicited bottle of microfiltered water for a whopping €5. A coffee plus water €12. It has never happened that in Copenhagen you ask for a glass of water and they bring you an unsolicited bottle

Small restaurant overlooking the Nyhavn canal, characteristic and lively with lots of traffic. Try the moules frites which were mostly closed. The wine I tried was good. Very kind staff.

This place was so welcoming. The staff is wonderful and we’re so kind to me. My husband was unwell so I was an elderly woman alone on the weekend in Copenhagen. I was there on three different occasions and every time, I was met with smiles and gracious service amid the intense hustle and bustle of Nyhaven. The chef is a magician! The food, service, and atmosphere is superb! I wonder if they’re open for breakfast?
