Amazing service! I came in with a problematic bicycle. Turned out the problem was not super simple, but the bicycle mechanic took his time and gave my bicycle a proper diagnosis then and there, completely free of charge. After 5 minutes or so, he had determined the problem, which would be an expensive repair. In disregard of his profitability, he recommended several ways I could do it cheaper by acquiring second-hand spare parts! I felt that my interests were considered to an admirable level.
