The products are super fine and there is a spa for every budget, but the service is non-existent. We are still waiting here after 4 months for a panel that was damaged (we bought a demo) the panel was supposed to arrive after a few days... We have written several emails and we get no response. There are many alternatives in Helsingborg, so choose a company other than Folkpool. They don't deserve the one star, but can't give less, unfortunately
