If only you could give 0 stars. All in all, a really expensive pleasure to stay with Östervold. Despite an enormously well-kept apartment (from our side), it would obviously cost more than the otherwise large deposit to move out (we had lived there sparingly for 1.5 years). since everything was turned off in connection with moving out. Thus, we have had to pay for a stranger's consumption based on a ridiculous estimate. They are not to be talked to, and grossly neglect their properties. Our neighbor had even had the rent reduced through the rent appeal board. Under all criticism, stay away.

They jump over where the fence is lowest when it comes to their apartments and maintenance of the building, you also end up paying for them to be able to maintain the apartments in the form of extra bills when moving out. Stay away!!!

Totally unfair settlement of deposits.. be careful they don't cheat you - make sure you get ALL faults and defects as well as wear and tear on moving in noted AND documented. Cost DKK 65,000 and an extra bill - cheating and fraud.
