Can only recommend. Very professional and friendly, not least honest! Was there to upgrade an apparently dead battery, but despite half an hour working to examine my battery, I didn't have to pay a penny as it turned out the problem wasn't the battery. That kind of thing I have respect for! Rare commodity today. They get my warmest recommendations to anyone who needs to fix a battery.

Absolutely exceptional good service. I had my bike battery refurbished 4 years ago and actually thought they might be wearing out. I wrote to eBike, who alerted me that it could be a fault in the electronics. I opened the computer myself, and sure enough, there was a loose connection in my 10-year-old electric bike. I fixed that easily and now drive on. I am both pleasantly surprised that a refurbished battery runs so well after 4 years, and am super excited about the fantastic service and honesty the business is run on.

Unfortunately wasted a lot of time on half-hearted email correspondence, where I had to write the same question several times. We agree to send the battery for renovation, pay shipping, wait longer than stated, only to be told that the battery cannot be repaired due to an electronic fault. Money and precious business time wasted. Other than that, he seems like a capable but too busy employee.

I got new cells in my almost 4 year old battery two days ago. I got it done while I was waiting and it works perfectly. Friendly welcoming and skilled service. Can only be recommended.
