Got noted to pick up a parcel. Went to the store and a note on the Door, closed until 12. !! Thanks. Driving from Helsingborg does not make the day. Info on internet say open all day. No extra sms notifications. Oh, and yes, someone was in the door receiving stuff from a truck, but not interested to support. Fabolous !!

Always good service and smiley people.

Unfortunately, you can't always choose an agent and it's always just as scary when it ends up at Daniela's, out of maybe 4 packages that came your way, 2 have disappeared without a trace and couldn't be picked up. The shop should not be allowed to be an agent, but as a kiosk it is well located and has a good range of snacks and such.

Yes, I love shopping here. Located close by and well received by the people who work there

Extremely bad service! Especially from the wider young man with glasses. She thinks she is better than everyone else. Sociopathic, rude and ignorant. However, the man who works at the checkout with glasses is a rock! He is always helpful.

Helpfully functional as a service kiosk. Everything positive that one could list is overshadowed by the tremendous lack of social competence these three principals possess. The old lady is no charmer but is at least quite effective. The girl with glasses seems to be some kind of boss and even if she is generally resentful, she has at least completely failed in her judgment to let the least likable and tolerant person I have met in any environment, the middle-aged man. There is no excuse for his repeated diminished treatment of customers. A grown man who can stand and scold people at the register in front of the aforementioned employees so that the customers in the queue leave. I only go here when you can't prevent packages getting there. So many events. I've seen people in line who don't know each other have to go in and comfort and explain because he doesn't want to get involved. Finally, the conversation went to the queue who witnessed the event and some again chose to leave because he was so unpleasant. A gentleman with not too bad Swedish was going to leave a package and it went with a bit of language confusion. When he didn't understand for a moment, the man at the checkout said: "what is it you don't understand, get out of here". The lady at the back of the queue had understood what had happened and tried to help, which the customer welcomed and while they were talking, the man at the till started saying Bye, bye,! Repeatedly and louder and louder to drown out both the customer and the lady's protests until the customer gave up and walked away. The lady came to the door. Then the man at the till had stopped arguing and gone away and the old lady came back to take care of packages. She submits this and it's my turn. She asks if she can buy a pack of cigarettes as well and then the old lady directs her to the other till where the man at the till has now moved. The old lady beckons me to the parcel counter and dispatched me. The customer with a language problem remains in the store and tries to figure out what happened for his own part because no one wanted to help him, but when he looks up and meets the eyes of the man at the checkout, he drops all focus on the lady with the pack of cigarettes he was dispatching in order to formally expelling the man with language bewilderment is verbal by reverting to his "Bye, Bye!" In a steadily raised tone and waving goodbye in such a childishly eager way that a kid does who has just learned to wave and thinks that of course it should be waved both quickly and intensively in the practice of this "adult" kiosk employee, it becomes a shadow almost an insulting gesture towards the poor customer. I have the whole picture because I was there and both before and experienced the whole process. These people would not have direct contact with either people or animals in any service sense, but are clear and unambiguous proof that you can do what you want without thinking about whether you are suitable for it. Unfortunately, new establishments in the city have given them an elevated position. Embarrassingly poorly handled.

Useless place for package delivery, absolutely impossible to park nearby. It's quite crowded in there too, as the queue for the packages and the checkout run into each other. Much worse.
