A few months ago, the freewheeling mechanism in the rear wheel of my bicycle broke. I brought it to this shop to be repaired. New rear wheel needed. Predicted cost 800DKK. When I returned, the bill was only 500 DKK. I paid and asked them how it would be so cheap. They said that they "put a used one in". Obviously I hadn't agreed to that. They also had not put the tire and the tube of my old wheel onto the new one. I had a very expensive Schwalbe un-flattenable tire with a very distinct profile. The one I found on the replacement was worn down, barely any profile visible. So I asked them to buy a new wheel for the back, as originally agreed on. Few days later that was done, and they billed me another 500DKK, totaling 1000 instead of the original 800. In retrospect, I found it very unprofessional, and I'm not going there anymore. 10 minutes after I left the bike store with the new rear wheel, the control cables of my gear shifter snapped, in a position that the mechanics should have noticed. Weird coincidence. I pushed the bike all the way to Naerum and bought the replacement parts there.

Incredibly good and fast service. Had a 360 degree check and service on my electric bike. Dropped the bike off in the morning and it was ready for collection a few hours later. They offered to open an hour earlier the next day to best suit my plans to pick up the bike. On top of that, it was done at a much cheaper price than expected.

Then I was again in the Cykelaffæren at Sorgenfri Torv, where a set of wheels and gears had to be changed and without me saying so, small things had also been changed without charge and the price for the whole thing was far below what I had expected.
