All in all: Great advice for quality at my budget, good value for money, and quick service with repairs. And even good mood among staff ;) - I bought a used citybike for my commuting from the train to work - and I'm SO happy with it. It almost flies over the asphalt and biking has never been so effortless. I even started using it for 10km trips across the city sometimes, just because it's feels easier than crowding on local trains and busses :) - Ps. However, they don't let customers use their tools, which I usually much prefer in a bikeshop. BUT they were probably just as quick to get my bike through their workshop and fixed, as if I should do it myself in the street outside, and their prices aren't high.

Very good prices and service. The guys are very friendly and professional: they prepared my bike in a few minutes with great care for all the details and it’s just perfect. Already bought two bikes here and I would definitely recommend :)

The side wall of my wheel blew out near Cykel-Basen. The shopkeeper was friendly, he had a new wheel in stock and was able to fix it for me quickly and professionally. He also greased the chain and made sure both tires were well-inflated. Much appreciated, would definitely stop here again!
